MAPA, S.A was founded in 2001 and began operations that same year.  Our foundation relies on the vast experience and highly motivated team that specializes in consolidated cargo, logistics and customs procedures.

Our team is composed by highly experienced individuals who have worked in the environment for over 30 years, as well as studied professionals who have mastered the arts of International Trade.

Since the beginning, our focus was primarily on air and sea cargo, as well as full containers from Miami, FL.  Gradually we have expanded our horizons to other ports in the U.S., Europe, Asia, South America and the Caribbean.  Through IFLN (International Freight Logistics Network), we have achieved great service from practically any place in the world.

As of March 2008, we have become part of Codotrans, Inc agent network, with the enthusiastic desire to provide the best service to/from USA.   This partnership allows us to offer services to regional accounts in Central America and other countries that are part of the agent’s network.

Our top of the line computer system allows our customers to gain access to the warehouses at Codotrans Inc. in Miami, FL,  then, with an easy click, they can keep track of their merchandise by reviewing packing lists, commercial invoices, airline guides, photographs and much more.

Utilizing all the powers and duties of law authorized by the general direction of customs in Guatemala, MAPA, S.A. operates as cargo deconsolidator and provides services processed through customs  from fiscal-bonded  warehouses, airports, borders and ports.

Local transport is also part of our wide array of services.  Units in perfect condition along with properly trained operators permits us to deliver high quality service.
